Who we are
Fal River Storage is run by Fal River Solutions, Falmouth, Cornwall. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. Contact: enquiries@falriversolutions.co.uk.
What we collect
When you join the waiting list we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and the details you choose to give about the storage you need.
Why we use it
We use your details only to tell you about our opening, prices and the waiting-list offer, and to understand demand for different unit sizes. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or share your details. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by our form provider (Web3Forms), which processes them on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep waiting-list details until 12 months after we open, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever is sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing enquiries@falriversolutions.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
